The following letter-form was brought about as a means of teaching my children the Word of God through the mail. And of course, quite naturally so, that’s the reason I begin these letters with "Dear Children" and end them with "Love Dad". So for the rest of you who participate in these weekly messages, please keep their original intended purpose in mind.

Dear Children,
Believe it or not but today’s message will once again put the bust on the Jimmy Swaggart Ministries for their blatant hypocrisy. In fact it was in last week’s message – “Jim Nations Rebukes Jimmy Swaggart For His Martial Arts!” – that the Lord used one of Jimmy Swaggart’s very own pastors to do the busting. But in this week’s sermonet – “Jimmy Swaggart Ministries Threatens ‘Christian Web Host’ With Lawsuit!” – the Lord’s gonna let the Jimmy Swaggart Expositor’s Study Bible have the honors.
And to start things off, let’s read from the anointed King James Holy Bible the Scripture God chose for this message:
“Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints? Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters? Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life? If then ye have judgments of things pertaining to this life, set them to judge who are least esteemed in the church. I speak to your shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you? no, not one that shall be able to judge between his brethren? But brother goeth to law with brother, and that before the unbelievers. Now therefore there is utterly a fault among you, because ye go to law one with another. Why do ye not rather take wrong? why do ye not rather suffer yourselves to be defrauded? Nay, ye do wrong, and defraud, and that your brethren.” (1 Corinthians 6:1-8 KJV)
Now in the preceding Scripture, Brother Paul strongly rebuked the Corinthian Believers for their practice of using the pagan court systems to settle their disputes with other Believers. Brother Paul exhorted them to stop bringing a reproach upon the Church before sinners through their un-Christ-like behavior.
That’s the Truth of God’s Word as written by Brother Paul under the anointing of the Holy Spirit. And now let’s see what Jimmy Swaggart had to say about this same subject in his Expositor’s Study Bible:
“DARE any of you, having a matter against another, go to Law before the unjust (this situation had evidently been brought to Paul’s attention by the House of Chloe [1:11]), and not before the Saints? (This portrays what our Lord proclaimed as He laid down the rule for “Believers” to settle quarrels among themselves [Mat. 18:15-17].) Now therefore there is utterly a fault among you, because you go to Law one with another (should not be among Christians). Why do you not rather take wrong? (This portrays the perfect example of uncrucified self.) why do ye not rather suffer yourselves to be defrauded? (It is better to suffer material loss, than to suffer spiritual loss.) No, you do wrong, and defraud, and that your brethren (to defraud anyone is bad enough, but to defraud a fellow Brother in the Lord is worse still!).” (1 Corinthians 6:1, 7-8 JSESB)
Now, did you grab a hold of the preceding commentary notes that Jimmy Swaggart wrote in his Expositor’s Study Bible in red italic font? I mean, in his very own “all-powerful words”, Jimmy Swaggart said that this thing about Believers taking other Believers to court “should not be among Christians”. And the real kicker is that Jimmy Swaggart went on to say that any Believer committing this unimaginable horrendous deed “portrays the perfect example of uncrucified self”.
In other words, Jimmy Swaggart, through his very own Expositor’s Study Bible commentary notes, has condemned him “self” to be “uncrucified” because of his ongoing use of “pagan lawyers” and the “pagan court system” to settle disputes he has with other Believers. And the following email is just one more real good example of it:

So, that was what “Christian Web Host” had to say to me on 8/10/12. And of course it’s this same Christian Web Host that provides the Internet presence for FMHCCI to minister around the world. And with that in mind, the following is what the lawyer for the Jimmy Swaggart Ministries – “Putbrese Hunsaker & Trent” – had to say to “Christian Web Host” that prompted them to say what they said to me:

So, there you have it! Talk about “smoking!!!” I think it’s fair to say that we have made somebody at the Jimmy Swaggart Ministries really-really mad with our multitude of “Jimmy Swaggart Sermonets”! In fact we have made them so mad that their “uncrucified self” has gone out and hired one of those “pagan lawyers” to do what God has strictly forbidden them to do.
And with “John C. Trent” in mind, this is what that “pagan lawyer”, who has done what no other real “Christian lawyer” would do, looks like:
Believe it or not, but that is the “pagan lawyer” Jimmy Swaggart Ministries hired to carry out the un-Christ-like legal threats against Christian Web Host and FMHCCI. Talk about un-professional! “John C Trent” looks like “Bozo the clown” without his costume!
But anyway, after having received the email from Christian Web Host, along with it’s attached threat from the Jimmy Swaggart Ministries’ “pagan lawyer”, I took it all to the Lord in prayer. What was I to do about this very threatening situation?
Well, I prayed about it! And the Lord’s answer came in A POWERFUL WAY, and can be found in the following response that we sent to Christian Web Host:

Dear Christian Web Host,
This letter is in response to your “Notice to Cease and Desist” email of 8/10/12. After much prayer, having sought the Will of the Father, the following is how He has instructed me to handle the situation at hand.
It was approximately twelve (12) years ago that the Lord God Almighty instructed me to purchase our Web hosting, for the ministry of FMH Children’s Club International (FMHCCI), from Christian Web Host (CWH). And of course, one of the main reasons for Him doing so can be found in your very own words on your CWH Web site:
Since our humble beginning in 1997, Christian Web Host has kept our focus on providing a caring, Christian-based hosting experience for all of our customers. We feel that God has called us to help others realize their vision.
We are a growing, caring Christian web hosting company that strives to serve the internet community to the best of our ability by providing Christian quality service for each of our web hosting and domain registration customers.
You see the reality of you being a part of us (FMHCCI), and us being a part of you (CWH), is that the two (2) of us are called to do the work that God has destined us to do.
Now, it was in 1999 that the Lord laid out His “vision” for my life in clear and concise terms. I had just lost my job as Engineering Manager of The Toro Company after having been befriended by the Christian CEO, Ken Melrose, who said that God had brought me to his company for a very special reason. You see the special reason for me being there was to expose corruption within the company and thereby put the Christian CEO to the test. God showed me the corruption, and I showed it to Ken Melrose, but Ken Melrose chose to do absolutely nothing about it. The “Christian” CEO chose not to clean up the mess in his company, and just one of the consequences of his un-Christ-like behavior was my termination.
So, I lost my four (4) year degreed, Bachelor of Science, Engineering Manager position because I obeyed God the Father’s Will for my life. And it was shortly thereafter, through the following Scripture, that the Lord spelled out for me the specific calling of “prophet” that He has for my life:
“For Jesus himself testified, that a prophet hath no honour in his own country.” (John 4:44 KJV)
You see Jesus was “The Prophet” of all prophets, and His own people didn’t even honor Him in His own country. And of course the reason for it was that He spoke the Truth of His Father in Heaven to the leaders of the Church that had long been corrupted:
“Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves... Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?”(Matthew 23:15, 33 KJV)
So, those were only a few of the scorching, defamatory Words that Jesus spoke about the religious leaders to the multitudes who gathered to hear Him teach. However, in His role of Prophet, Jesus did a whole lot more than just speak the Truth of His Father in Heaven. He actually overturned the tables of the moneychangers and ran them out of the Temple of God:
“And when he was come into Jerusalem, all the city was moved, saying, Who is this? And the multitude said, This is Jesus the prophet of Nazareth of Galilee. And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves, And said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves.” (Matthew 21:10-13 KJV)
Now that’s pretty radical to say the least. But that’s the example for all those who call themselves “Christians”. Jesus was/is the Christ, and in order to be “Christ-like” we must follow His example.
So it was in 1999 that I learned of my prophetic calling, and my life has not been the same since. And of course, this brings us back to the reason that the Lord God Almighty had us to choose you to host our Web site of the prophets that speaks the correction of God the Father to all the religious leaders who’ve turned the House of God into a den of thieves.
And with that in mind we can get back to the subject at hand concerning the Jimmy Swaggart Ministries and their Family Worship Center Church (FWCC). Because you see it was in 1984 that I came into a saving relationship with Jesus Christ through the Jimmy Swaggart Ministries. In fact it was at that point in time that Father God told me that Jimmy Swaggart was to be my “earthly mentor in the Lord”. I would grow in Christ as I learned from him.
Well, grow in Christ I did. Because it was through Jimmy Swaggart’s teachings on the Holy Spirit that I truly learned what it means to “walk in the Spirit” by “hearing God” and “obeying God” at all cost. I mean obedience is the key to an overcoming victorious life in Jesus!
But then came 1988 and Jimmy Swaggart’s exposure with prostitute #1. In fact it was months before the world found out about Jimmy Swaggart’s failure in overcoming his sin nature that God Almighty had sent a prophet, David Wilkerson, to speak a Word from God: “Shut down the ministry and get alone with God!”
That was what Jimmy Swaggart should have done… but he didn’t. And it was because of his disobedience that the Gospel of Jesus Christ, which he so adamantly preached, became a thing of mockery to the entire world. In fact many that had claimed the name of Christ denounced Christ after their “man of God” failed so miserably to live up to the standards of his preaching.
But that was only the beginning of Jimmy Swaggart’s rebellion to God. Because it was due to his sin with prostitute #1 that the Assembly of God Church, which he was ordained under, ruled that he was to step down from the pulpit for a given amount of time in order to seek God and get proper counseling…. which of course was what God the Father had instructed him to do months before through the mouth of the prophet, but yet he was still unwilling to do.
So, Jimmy Swaggart’s rebellion to God’s Will for his life became two-fold when he withdrew his affiliation with the Assembly of God and started his own World Evangelism Fellowship.
Two times Jimmy Swaggart refused to obey God concerning his sex sins… and then almost four (4) years later came the worldwide exposure of prostitute #2.
This is the story of Jimmy Swaggart: the rebel against God! And it’s only gone downhill from there which is the very same reason that God Almighty has called me as a prophet to expose him for what he is on the FMHCCI Web site.
So with that in mind, let’s take a closer look at this letter from “John C. Trent” by starting out with his statement that went something like this:
“For over thirty-eight years, FWCC has been a not-for-profit religious organization serving the Christian Community with its teaching of biblical scripture through its Church services, its bible college (World Evangelism Bible College), as well as worldwide multimedia such as radio, television, satellite, print and the internet. FWCC has an excellent record of serving the Christian community with its ministry.”
Now, that one single statement – “FWCC has an excellent record of serving the Christian community with its ministry” – can be proven in many ways and fashion to be a lie. Just ask the Assembly of God organization for starters. I mean since 1988 Jimmy Swaggart and his ministry has done more to blaspheme the Name of God than probably any other ministry on this earth. “John C. Trent” is an attorney who is not hindered by a godly conscience. “John C. Trent” is a liar, and, of course, the father of lies is Satan.
But let’s not stop there. Let us now address this issue of FWCC being a not-for-profit religious organization that lives up to the godly character of “Christian”. Because it was back in 2011 that a few of Jimmy Swaggart’s Christian employees discovered some very ungodly things that were taking place in Jimmy Swaggart’s printing shop. You see there were outside jobs being printed on their not-for-profit printing presses… and they were doing it for a profit. But that’s only part of this disgusting story. Because you see some of these printing jobs that were being done on God’s printing presses actually glorified Satan in a very powerful way. They were actually printing material for area nightclubs, lesbian bars, hip-hop bands, Lucist (Lucifer) 7 Investments, and area restaurants (wine list).
So, when these Christian employees discovered what was going on in JSM’s print shop they took pictures of the evidence and then saw to it that Jimmy Swaggart was alerted to the problem.
Well, what happened next was these loyal followers of Christ, who acted in a Christ-like responsible manner, got fired. And it was only after the numbness had worn off that the four (4) of them came to realize that Jimmy Swaggart is not the “man of God” that he claims to be. So in order to warn the Jimmy Swaggart followers and the general public, they posted a blog – “Jimmy Swaggart’s Very Crooked Halo” – that presented the truth of what had happened along with the evidence (http://deceptionbytes.com/

Now, what happened next was a forerunner of what CWH and FMHCCI are presently experiencing. You see the publisher of the “Jimmy Swaggart’s Very Crooked Halo” – Mishel McCumber – got a threatening letter from “John C. Trent” that was very similar to ours. She was told in no uncertain terms that her defamatory statements about the Jimmy Swaggart Ministries and their FWCC must be removed or else she will suffer the consequences of a lawsuit (see the attached letter).
Mishel McCumber had a very serious decision to make, and thank God she made the right choice by acting in a Christ-like manner. She did not bow to the threats of Jimmy Swaggart and his workers of iniquity, but stood her ground in the Name of Jesus! And the deadline set by “John C. Trent” came and went… and Mishel McCumber’s “Jimmy Swaggart’s Very Crooked Halo” is still in place giving God the glory! In fact it wasn’t too long after that Mishel McCumber published a scorching video to advertise her blog. Take a look and see for yourself at http://www.fmh-child.org/video/JSM_Discover_The_Truth.wmv.
And with that in mind, let me address your question of what I plan to do about “John C. Trent” and his threatening letter.
Well, first of all, it was Saturday after having received your email that I sent an email to Hunter Lundy explaining our situation. He was the attorney who represented Pastor Marvin Gorman in his defamation lawsuit against Jimmy Swaggart. They won the case in 1991 and were awarded 6.6 million dollars. And it was after this success, which included all that they learned about Jimmy Swaggart along the way, that Hunter Lundy published his book describing the true character of Jimmy Swaggart and his ministry. “Let Us Prey” told the bottom-line story of what Jimmy Swaggart and his ministry is all about: preying on the church folks in order to enrich themselves with the almighty dollar!
And secondly, after doing that I began posting the following “Fair Use Act” disclaimer on all of our Jimmy Swaggart sermonets:
Notice: Our use of resources (such as audios, videos, pictures, printed materials, and etc.) to expose the corruption within the Jimmy Swaggart Ministries is protected under section 107 through 118 of the copyright law (title 17, U. S. Code).
And now let’s address the “sermonets” that “John C. Trent” calls “defamatory materials”:
It is my job as a prophet to “test” the “Christians” that God sends my way, and then publish a report on all those who fail to be “Christ-like” for the whole wide world (WWW) to see. That’s what God has called me to do, and that’s what our sermonets are all about.
What I write is what God gives me to write. These sermonets are not “defamatory” in the sense of “malice”, but only God’s Truth about the man or woman who call them selves “Christian” but are not “Christ-like” in their walk. So for a public figure like Jimmy Swaggart, intent of “malice” must first be proved before a lawsuit of “defamation of character” can be upheld.
There you have it. Twelve (12) long years ago God put us together to carry out the task of giving correction and rebuke to the religious leaders who’ve turned the House of God into a den of thieves. I’m carrying out His plan in a Christ-like manner. But the question remains: “Will you?”
My response to “John C. Trent” will be to not respond to his threats at all. I hope and pray that you too will pass this “Christian” test that God has set before you.

Now, that was our response, as directed by the Holy Spirit, to the request from Christian Web Host’s on what we intended to do about the Jimmy Swaggart Ministries' threat regarding our “fmh-child.org” Web site. But to put it in simple terms, what the Lord had us to do in meeting JSM’s un-God-ly demands can be summed up in one little old word: NOTHING!
So, my reply to Christian Web Host was sent in during the early morning hours of 8/13/12. And since that time I have heard absolutely nothing back from them. In fact the deadline set by JSM for removing our “Jimmy Swaggart Sermonets” (8/17/12) has long since come and gone, but yet our “fmh-child.org” Web site is still up and running as God intended.
The Devil used the Jimmy Swaggart Ministries to test our claim of being Christ-like… and we passed the test!
The Devil also used the Jimmy Swaggart Ministries to test Christian Web Host’s claim of being Christ-like… and they passed the test! So it only goes to follow that if anyone is looking for a “Christian” Web host that lives up to the name, I highly recommend the one that’s proven themselves true: “http://www.christianwebhost.com”.
So, that about wraps up this week’s sermonet… that is with the exception of the following poem that we dedicate to all those who believe Jimmy Swaggart and his ministry to be in the right and us to be in the wrong for saying the things that we say about him:
What Did Jesus Do?
Excuse me, but I just forgot
That Jesus wasn’t right
To put the squeeze
On the Pharisees
When He put them all to flight.
He hated those who told the world
“We come in the Father’s name!”
When behind the scenes
Like the Gadarenes
Their lives were still unchanged.
The woman whom He spared one day
From stoning for her deeds
Did not pretend

Just came with honest pleas.
Jesus focused His disgust
On all the phony “leaders”
Who walked the sheep
To caverns deep
Like wicked Poison Feeders.
For those the Master did not stone

“Expose them!”
Was His one command.
And so it is today.
“Tell the world ! Call their bluff!”
He publicized, “What fraud!”
“You lead these people
Who desire Me,
But Satan is your god!”
“You say you love those never seen
You shout, ‘Good news – it’s free!’
But those I sent
You whipped and rent.
You did those things to Me!”
The Gospel you claim to preach alone
So the audience fills your coffers
While in fact you squander
Like pimps and johns
Leaving the sheep as paupers.
How holy the acting on your stage
Compelling in men’s eyes,
When out in back
You kill and hack
With set-ups, threats, and lies!
“For now your deeds made manifest
Have shown what’s in your heart.
Who hired you?
It was not Me!
Take your wicked act – Depart!”
Are you starting to get a clearer picture of “Jimmy Swaggart” and his “uncrucified self” preaching his perverted “message of the cross” as he threatens “Christian Web Host” with a lawsuit?
See the Truth for what it is and “keep on keeping the faith in Jesus!!!”
