The following letter-form was brought about as a means of teaching my children the Word of God through the mail. And of course, quite naturally so, that’s the reason I begin these letters with "Dear Children" and end them with "Love Dad". So for the rest of you who participate in these weekly messages, please keep their original intended purpose in mind.

Dear Children,

In our last message – “Thomas Richards Is Not Spiritually Smart!” – we gave God’s correction to Thomas Richards (a prophet) who defended Tony Alamo (a prophet) for many years until things got a little too hot for him to handle. In fact that’s right about the time he called Brother Alamo a “ pathetic worm” and disassociated himself altogether from the Tony Alamo Ministry. However, seeing how the Almighty wanted Brother Richards to continue supporting Brother Alamo through the “thick and thin” of it, he really wasn’t any too “spiritually smart” by doing what he did.

Because it was back in September of 2008, shortly after the Vatican’s “One World Government” raided the Tony Alamo Ministry on their fraudulent “child pornography” charges against Brother Alamo, that the Lord instructed me to show our support by adding their “www.alamoministries.com” Web link to our FMHCCI home page. Well, with much trepidation I did as the Father commanded knowing full well the repercussions that could follow:

“For ye had compassion of me in my bonds, and took joyfully the spoiling of your goods, knowing in yourselves that ye have in heaven a better and an enduring substance.” (Hebrews 10:34 KJV)

So with Heaven in mind, we’re going to take it one step further in today’s sermonet of “Tony Alamo: My Brother The Messianic Jew!” Because you see Tony Alamo is a Jew who has accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Saviour (he’s a Messianic Jew and my Brother in Christ). His “real” name is Bernie Lazar Hoffman, and, without a doubt, he’s one-more crazy Jewish prophet. But what’s new? I mean, after all, we are called to work with the prophets… and his Jewish-ness just makes him that much crazier!

In fact just one of the fanatical things he’s done correctly for such a very long time is to speak out against the Roman Catholic Religious System – The Great Whore Of Revelation. Praise God for his zeal! And just two of the many hard-hitting publications that Brother Alamo has directed at the “Church Of Antichrist” are “The Pope’s Secrets” (which we looked at in our last message) and “Treason”. So with that in mind, here’s a short excerpt from his January 2010 tract “Treason”:

“Mama,” a starving and freezing little Jewish girl in a concentration camp during WWII said to her mother, “Mama, do you think we will ever have some barley soup again? I am so hungry, Mama!”

I’ve never been able to understand how anyone could be so evil and wicked to watch little children or anyone starve and freeze, then be herded like cattle into gas chambers and ovens to die. Many children had watched their mothers and fathers murdered, then received the same fate… The Jewish people think that Catholics are Christians, but they are not! It’s very hard to lead a Jew to Christ because of this. Catholic church bells rang while the Jewish people and others were herded into gas chambers and ovens. No one lifted a finger to help them, even to write about it! I, and millions of others, have pictures of Catholic priests and nuns in parades wearing Nazi armbands and carrying Nazi flags with the swastikas! The depraved Nazis and other Germans believed the satanic propaganda about the Jews, and the whole nation hunted them down, arresting them as if they were rabid dogs.

Bernie Lazar Hoffman, the Jew, received Jesus as his Lord and Saviour in 1964 and went on to form the Tony Alamo Ministry that has likewise forced the Pope in Rome to do everything in his power to shut him up. Because not only does Brother Alamo expose the unimaginable evil in Vatican City, but he also preaches the Gospel that will bring a repentant sinner into a saving relationship with Jesus Christ. I mean the “Church Of Antichrist” really and truly hates his guts! And what better example of this than the “sinner’s prayer” he included at the end of his “Treason” tract for those desiring to accept Jesus as their Lord and Saviour:

My Lord and my God, have mercy upon my soul, a sinner. I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of the Living God. I believe that He died on the cross and shed His precious blood for the forgiveness of all my sins. I believe that God raised Jesus from the dead by the power of the Holy Spirit and that He sits on the right hand of God at this moment, hearing my confession of sin and this prayer. I open up the door of my heart and I invite You into my heart, Lord Jesus. Wash all of my filthy sins away in the precious blood that You shed in my place on the cross at Calvary. You will not turn me away, Lord Jesus, You will forgive my sins and save my soul. I know because Your Word, the Bible says so. Your Word says that You will turn no one away, and that includes me. Therefore, I know that You have heard me, and I know that You have answered me, and I know that I am saved. And I thank You, Lord Jesus, for saving my soul, and I will show my thankfulness by doing as You command and sin no more.

Now that’s something you don’t hear much among the so-called “born again” Christians of this day and time – “sin no more” – and even though the Word of God is clear and concise on it being a requirement for salvation:

“Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him. By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments… We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not… He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.” (1 John 5:1-2, 18; 3:8-9 KJV)

And while we’re on the subject of “sin no more”, it was back in 2002 when I laid hands on my first Tony Alamo Ministry newsletter while visiting on the El Paso Community College campus. The title of Brother Alamo’s article was “We’re Being Watched!” It had nothing to do with “alien encounters” but everything to do with “working out one’s own salvation with fear and trembling”. In fact here’s a short excerpt from that July 2002 publication:

Thirty-eight years ago, I knew that I had the key, the understanding, of how to become one of the biggest persons the record and motion picture industry has ever known. I was no doubt one of the top men of spiritual wickedness in high places. However, when the fear of the Lord came upon me exceedingly strong while I was in a business meeting in an attorney's office in Beverly Hills, God terrified me. I had never believed there was a God until that moment. God opened my blind spiritual eyes to His majesty, His wisdom, His knowledge, His intelligence, and His terror. He terrorized me with so much fear in just a few moments of time that I've never forgotten it. The fear and terror of the Lord is what propels me to do everything, to keep His commandments and to seek His Spirit to guide me daily. The same fear has caused me to not regret for a moment my departure from the former life I lived in the world. The fear that I received thirty-eight years ago has continued to maintain my salvation on a daily basis.

Well, there you have a taste of Tony Alamo’s testimony… as in what it took to bring him into a saving relationship with Jesus Christ. But seeing how that was such a small taste, please allow me to give you a few more of the details from his 1984 tract “Signs Of The Times”:

I was driving around town in a chauffeur-driven limousine with a police escort and an entourage of seventeen people, putting the world on a trip. I had a barber, a bodyguard, a nurse, and all sorts of “yes” men. If I went to a hot dog stand or a motion picture premiere, I went with the limousines, chauffeurs, cops, and the whole regalia. The bodyguard would open the door, throw down a big velvet pillow; we would step into the velvet pillow. The barber would comb our hair, the nurse take our pulse. One of the fellows would spray us with cologne, another strew flowers in our path, and the cops would stand at attention. Where did I get the cops, the chauffeurs and the limousines? I rented them from a funeral parlor for a hundred bucks a day… The black limousines lined up, the police escort went into formation, and we cruised down the streets with motorists and pedestrians gaping, wondering who the dignitaries were. We cruised over to the attorney’s office. The police lined up the limousines, the chauffeurs opened the doors, and we got out of the limos and went up one flight of stairs to the attorney’s offices in Beverly Hills. The offices were packed. The motion picture stars were there, their attorneys and, of course, my seventeen people.

The attorney representing the investment firm was a little Jewish man. He came forward rubbing his hands and smiling. “Tony Alamo,” he said, “I have been wanting to meet you. This is the greatest promotion I have ever seen in all my years in the industry… Suddenly my ears went completely deaf. I could not hear any noise from the crowd in the room. We were only one floor up, yet I could not hear any noise from the street. I looked at the people in the room. Some of their mouths were moving, but I could not hear anything they were saying. Suddenly I heard a voice, a voice that came from every direction. It was all around me. It was going through every fiber of my being. My head, my arms, my legs; it was all around me. The voice said, “I AM THE LORD THY GOD. STAND UP ON YOUR FEET AND TELL THE PEOPLE IN THIS ROOM THAT JESUS CHRIST IS COMING BACK TO EARTH, OR THOU SHALT SURELY DIE.”

I looked around the room to see if someone was putting me on some kind of a trip, and they were all looking at me. I felt as if I were sealed into some sort of gigantic vacuum. I thought, “I am going crazy. I’m losing my mind. Yes, that’s it, I’m cracking up.” People had told me I was a genius, and geniuses often cracked up, so that was it. So I would get out of here before I made a fool of myself.

I stood to my feet and said, “I am ill.” The giant pressure that was upon me forced me back into my seat, and the voice as many waters flooded all around and through me again. “I AM THE LORD THY GOD. STAND UP ON YOUR FEET AND TELL THE PEOPLE IN THIS ROOM THAT JESUS CHRIST IS COMING BACK TO EARTH AGAIN, OR THOU SHALT SURELY DIE.”

I struggled to my feet again and took one step. As I did, God started playing with my soul like a yo-yo. He would pull it half out of me, and then put it back. My heart was palpitating so hard it felt as if it was going to jump out of my body, and suddenly a revelation came to me, so real I was astounded that I had not always known it. I knew there was a Heaven and a Hell. I started screaming to the top of my lungs, “No, God, no! Please don’t kill me… I’ll tell them! I’ll tell them! I’ll tell them!” The breath went back into my body, and my heart stopped jumping.

I said, “God, You don’t know these people like I do. They won’t believe me. But I’ll tell them. I’ll call them all on the phone, send them telegrams, anything. But please don’t make me do it here, they will think I’m crazy.” Again He started pulling the soul out of me. My heart was jumping out of my body. I was gasping for breath. “No, God, no…please,” I began screaming, “I’ll do it, I’ll do it. I’ll tell them.” Again my breath went back in my body, my heart stopped thumping.

I looked at the people in the room. They were all staring at me with eyes as big as owls. “I know you won’t believe me,” I said, “but God is telling me to tell you that Jesus Christ is coming back to earth.” Now, I said to myself, I said it. Oops, again my soul started going in and out, again, gasping for breath. “What’s the matter, God? I said it, I told them.” Suddenly every promotion I had ever done in my life was laid out before me in block form. The enthusiasm I had built and sold a star or a product with. And the Lord said, “NOW THAT YOU KNOW I AM HERE, IS THAT THE BEST YOU CAN DO FOR ME?” “I know you won’t believe me, but Jesus Christ is coming back to earth again.” This time when I looked at the group of people, they all looked so small to me, and I really wound up with all enthusiasm. “Repent,” I screamed. “Jesus is coming!” I had never read a Bible scripture in my life. I had seen the picture, “Elmer Gantry,” and I commanded everyone in the room to get down on their knees and repent immediately, that Jesus was coming. I thought that if I did not do a good job, they would all disintegrate before my eyes and I would disintegrate for not doing a good enough job.

The vacuum around me began to lift, and my hearing was returning, and the Lord said, “THAT’S ENOUGH.” My attorney grabbed one of my swinging arms and said, “Tony, Tony, what’s the matter with you?” The little Jewish attorney almost backed out of the window. Papers were flying all over the room (I had knocked his spindle off the desk). “Get him out of here,” he screamed, “He’s nuts!” I thought for a moment, how can I blame him? If someone had come into my office and done the same thing I had just done, I possibly would have thrown them out of the window.

I walked out of the office with all of my entourage following me. My bodyguard (who later went with Sonny and Cher) was laughing so hard he was falling down the hall. “Tony,” he said, “what’s the matter? Didn’t you dig the cat? Man, he’ll wind up in a straight jacket over that scene.” The more I tried to explain to them that God had talked to me, the more they laughed. “Come on, Tony, put them on a trip, but, man, don’t try to put us on it.” As I got to the foot of the stairs, there were the funeral limousines lined up. “Oh, my God,” I thought, “the last thing I want to see is this mess.” I made them all get in the cars.

I wanted to walk. I wanted to be alone. As I walked along, I looked up into the sky. “Dear God,” I said, “now that I know You are there, just tell me what You want me to do. I will do anything You say.”

Now that’s quite a commitment coming from an egotistical genius like Tony Alamo: “I will do anything you say, God!!! I mean, after all, his type doesn’t really need God… they are god!

However, Brother Alamo meant what he said. Because it was shortly after his 1964 conversion that the Lord gave him the God-fearing wife he so earnestly desired (Susan), who not only mentored him in the Scriptures but also initiated their street-witnessing ministry that birthed the Tony Alamo Ministry which went on to broadcast the Gospel of Jesus Christ by radio in 200 countries, distribute millions of pieces of literature every year through thousands of volunteers, and hold daily services in Arkansas, California and hundreds of other locations throughout the world.

So, without a doubt, Brother Alamo has and is doing a great work for the cause of Christ! Let there be no confusion about it! However, as with all those who’re gifted in the spiritual realm (especially egotistical geniuses), there is a greater tendency to receive spiritual information as being from God that actually isn’t from God. And with that in mind, it’s time to give out a little correction for Brother Alamo. Because it was in his January the 11th 2010 tract “No Rapture” that I found the following excerpt:

“And after three days and an half the Spirit of life from God entered into them [the two witnesses], and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them. And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.” (Rev. 11:4-12) They died (were murdered like Jesus), then resurrected in three days and a half, just as Jesus our Lord was. They resurrected like Jesus our Lord, then, just the same as Jesus our Lord, were taken up to Heaven in a cloud. THANK YOU FATHER GOD! THANK YOU, JESUS!! YOU DEVILS, EAT YOUR FILTHY HEARTS OUT!!

Don’t let the Gentile false prophets fool you any longer. There is no rapture except this one!! And after the servants of the Lord are sealed is when the seven last and greatest tribulations begin (Rev. 7:3-8). The false prophets tell you that the Lord is coming to get all of you deceived wicked people before the tribulations, but Jesus tells you the exact opposite. Jesus says, “Believe on the LORD JESUS CHRIST [who is the TRUTH], and thou shalt be saved.” You are not to believe in the false prophets who tell you it is okay to sin and thou shalt be saved (Acts 16:31). If you believe false prophets, you shall forever be damned in Hell and the Lake of Fire with them, and that is for sure… If you’re saved and you die, you will be with the Lord, but if you live, you will go through the tribulations.

So, did you grab hold of Brother Alamo’s final defining statement on his “no rapture”(?): “If you’re saved and… you live, you will go through the tribulations!”

Well, that’s as good a place as any to start with God’s correction for Tony Alamo. Because it was back in 2001 that the Lord sent me on an assignment to minister to a minister who also believed that Christ’s Church was going to suffer through the seven (7) year tribulation period of God’s wrath on un-regenerate mankind. And in order to prepare me for my mission with the pastor, the Lord took me to the book of Revelation and explained in detail His Truth concerning the Pre-Tribulation Rapture (the snatching away of His saints from off the earth) through the following verse:

“Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.” (Revelation 3:10 KJV)

Now the best way for me to explain this thing about “keeping the word of God’s patience” is through what Brother Alamo had to say in his tract “We’re Being Watched”: “The fear and terror of the Lord is what propels me to do everything, to keep His commandments and to seek His Spirit to guide me daily.”

AMEN, Brother Alamo!!! That is God’s Truth!

You see it’s only through God’s Word for our lives and our suffering in obedience to it – His Word and our patience – that we can become “re-generated in Christ” and made ready for Heaven. It’s what’s commonly called becoming “born again” because it only comes about through lots and lots of “birthing pain”. In other words, it hurts pretty good:

“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” (Romans 12:1-2 KJV)

So did you get the fiery picture? The pain of being burned alive on God’s “sacrificial altar” is what the “birthing pains” of becoming “born again” is really all about. And of course that’s the very good reason we need to have the “fear and terror of the Lord” to continually “propel” us through this excruciatingly painful process of “keeping the word of God’s patience”.

“In your patience possess ye your souls.” (Luke 21:19 KJV)

However, just in case there’s still some confusion about this word “patience”, let’s see what Brother Webster had to say about it:

PATIENCE, n. pa'shens - The suffering of afflictions, pain, toil, calamity, provocation or other evil, with a calm, unruffled temper; endurance without murmuring or fretfulness. Patience may spring from constitutional fortitude, from a kind of heroic pride, or from christian submission to the divine will. (Webster’s 1828 Dictionary)

You see “keeping the word of God’s patience” is all about suffering through the process of obeying the Will of the Father for our lives so that we might receive the “promise”:

“For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise. For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry.” (Hebrews 10:36-37 KJV)

So, just what is this “promise” that the Believer earns by suffering in obedience to the Will of the Father?

“For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.” (2 Timothy 4:6-8 KJV)

Well, as can be seen through the preceding words of Brother Paul, the “promise” earned by keeping the word of God’s patience is a “crown of righteousness”… and Brother Paul had one waiting for him in Heaven! In other words, his suffering in obedience to God’s Word was complete. Brother Paul was ready to die and enter into his heavenly rest.

And with that in mind, let’s go back to God’s proof Scripture for His “Pre-Tribulation Rapture”:

“Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.” (Revelation 3:10-11 KJV)

So now do you get the picture? Once the “crown” has been won by the Believer who has completed his/her suffering through the “word of God’s patience”, there is no more need for that Believer to be tested through tribulations (sufferings)… because their minds have been renewed in Christ and they are “saved”!!!

“For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him.” (1 Thessalonians 5:9-10 KJV)

You see “God’s wrath” is only for the un-saved, un-regenerated sinner! And as we pointed out in our expose’ “Tribulation Horror Show”, the upcoming seven (7) year tribulation period is specifically designed by God for all the un-believers who have not been willing to “keep the word of God’s patience” – whether they be confessing “Christians”, staunch atheist, or anyone in-between. God’s “wrath” will be poured out on all those who miss the “Pre-Tribulation Rapture” and get “left behind”… just as the book of Revelation predicts:

“For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?” (Revelation 6:17 KJV)

So having said that, Brother Alamo’s statement in his “No Rapture” tract concerning the upcoming seven (7) year tribulation period cannot be God’s Truth: “If you’re saved… and you live, you will go through the tribulations!” But the question still remains: why did Brother Alamo embrace this error as being God’s Truth?

Well, in order to answer that one let’s go back to what Brother Alamo had to say about the “two witnesses” of Revelation 11 from that same tract: “Don’t let the Gentile false prophets fool you any longer. There is no rapture except this one!!” Because as we’re about to discover from his December 1996 tract “God's Two Witnesses”, Brother Alamo believes that those two witnesses who will be raptured out of the seven (7) year tribulation period are “Susan and Tony”:

In February 1982, approximately two months before my wife Susan died, the church and I were all praying to God for her to be healed from terminal cancer. One night she told me of a revelation she kept getting from God. She said, "Tony, God keeps telling me I’m not going to live, I’m going to die. I’m going to be gone for quite some time. After that time, God is going to raise me from the dead, and when He does, you and I will be the two witnesses of God mentioned in the eleventh chapter of the book of Revelation." God had revealed this many years ago to me and, although she never wanted to talk about it, Susan knew it as well as I.

But that’s not all! Because in his more recent January 2010 tract “Who Are The Two Witnesses Of God? ” we find the following:

Most preachers who keep preaching, “Elijah will be one of the two witnesses which are mentioned in the book of Revelation, chapter 11,” should stop preaching heresy… Those who are deceived by false Bibles also believe that Moses will be the other witness in Revelation 11, but GOD killed Moses, and when GOD kills someone, they are “dead”! I have been advised that the two witnesses will be Enoch and his wife. These two are one flesh. They are GOD’S two witnesses. They are like two peas in a pod. They both love GOD; they believe GOD; they both think like GOD, and are ready to live for GOD, die for GOD, resurrect for GOD, and not defile the WORD OF GOD, or themselves. It would be wonderful if everyone believed as they do. Enoch, I believe, is already here on earth.

So there you have it. Tony Alamo truly believes that his departed wife Susan will be brought back to life during the last half of the seven (7) year tribulation period so that she (Enoch’s wife) can join up with him (Enoch) as God’s two very special witnesses on earth that will preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and do many awesome signs and wonders which include devouring their enemies by fire spewing forth from their mouth, stopping the rain, turning the water into blood, and smiting the earth with plagues for three and a half (3 ½) years before being killed. In fact the “two witnesses” are going to be hated so passionately that the people of the earth will send each other presents for three and a half (3 ½) days, as the prophets lie dead in the street.

And having said that, we are now going to disprove Brother Alamo’s belief regarding the two witnesses through the following verse from God’s Holy Word:

“And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets (G4396) tormented them that dwelt on the earth.” (Revelation 11:10 KJV)

Prophet (G4396) [prof-ay'-tace] - From a compound of G4253 and G5346; a foreteller (“prophet”); by analogy an inspired speaker; by extension a poet: - prophet. (Strong’s Hebrew And Greek Dictionary)

Now as you will note, the Greek word “prophet” used to describe the “two witnesses” in Revelation 11:10 is Strong’s #G4396. And with that in mind, let’s look at another Scripture dealing with a prophet of the female variety:

“Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess (G4398), to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.” (Revelation 2:20 KJV)

Prophetess (G4398) [prof-ay'-tis] - Feminine of G4396; a female foreteller or an inspired woman: - prophetess. (Strong’s Hebrew And Greek Dictionary)

You see God’s Holy Word is very specific in defining the gender of the prophets. And of course seeing how the Greek word used for “prophet” in Revelation 11:10 is Strong’s #G4396, then both of the “two witnesses” must be men. In fact the following Scriptures tell us exactly who these two men will be:

“And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him.” (Genesis 5:24 KJV)

“By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.” (Hebrews 11:5 KJV)

“And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven.” (2 Kings 2:11 KJV)

Enoch and Elijah were both taken to Heaven without ever having experienced death. They never died! They are the only two people/prophets mentioned in the Holy Bible who were translated to Heaven in their bodily form, destined to die at a later date:

“And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:” (Hebrews 9:27 KJV)

“Enoch and Elijah” are the two very special prophets that God has ordained to be the “two witnesses” of Revelation 11 and be killed as martyrs… not “Susan and Tony”! (See “The Two Witnesses Of Revelation 11:3” for more on this subject.)

So, the Word of God (King James Version) says: #1 - the true saints of God will be taken off this earth before God administers His wrath to the un-believers during the seven (7) year tribulation period, and #2 - the “two witnesses” of Revelation 11 will be Enoch and Elijah. And with that in mind, it’s time to come to an understanding of why Brother Alamo does not believe it to be God’s Truth. In fact what better place to start than Brother Alamo’s vision of “Jesus in the mirror” as told in his April 2009 “Great Tribulation” tract and February 2009 “Spirit Or Water” tract:

One night I was sitting on my bed, and Susie was sleeping—the room was pitch-black. A stick of vapour formed. It was around three feet high and made a hissing sound when it entered the room. It was in the air about five feet from the floor. It began hissing again, and formed itself into an oval shaped mirror with a gold frame. In the mirror was the Lord sitting on a beautiful purple (velvet) chair-throne with gold trim. The Lord was extremely handsome. I thought He was going to let me go to Heaven, but He put His hand out and said, “Not yet.” It was extremely disappointing. His voice when He was talking to me was in spurts, not intelligible. He was letting me know that I wasn’t hearing much from Him, or seeking Him through reading His Word. It was a warning. If we don’t read His Word, we won’t have knowledge of Him and we will perish.

Jesus appeared to me in a vision (I was wide awake). He appeared before my eyes, which were wide open in a very dark room…. I believe that I was around 34 years old at the time. Jesus began talking to me, but His words were broken. I couldn’t understand what He was saying. It was like a radio being turned off and on over and over. Jesus was letting me know that I wasn’t studying His Word enough. At that time I thought that Susie, my late wife, was to do the preaching and teaching, and I was to make money to support the ministry. I never dreamed God would ever use me the way He is using me now. He looked really concerned about me. I could tell that He really liked me, but He communicated that it was of the utmost importance that I really study His Word continuously so I could know what He was saying for my benefit and the benefit of the people of the world.

Without a doubt, that was one more powerful vision from the Lord… and it carried an urgent warning for Brother Alamo. In fact it was in his 1996 tract “The Looking Glass” that Brother Alamo gave the following detailed description of the impending doom that awaits him if he so chooses to ignore God’s warning:

Jesus was warning me that I would go to Hell and the lake of fire if I wouldn’t seek Him with all my heart, soul, mind and strength every day and night. He showed me that if I wouldn’t read the Bible, pray, teach, and preach what I’ve learned, millions of souls would be lost, and I’d be accountable for all of them at the judgment bar of God on the last day. We are accountable for all the souls that we didn’t win to the Lord but could have if we would have obeyed Jesus, the Word of God.

Tony Alamo is an extremely gifted man, and God demands that he use all his gifts, without compromise, for the glory of God: “For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required”.

However, Brother Alamo is an “egotistical genius”. And it was years after having received God’s warning through the “looking glass vision” that a yet stronger warning became necessary for Brother Alamo. In fact the following excerpt from his 1997 tract “The Tree” describes this real-life encounter in graphic detail:

One beautiful, warm Los Angeles evening at our Canyon Country church on Sierra Highway, I stood outside the front door of the church to enjoy the evening before I went inside. The church was packed with the lost and the saved from the Hollywood/Los Angeles area. Some attendees were from other churches. Some were lost souls who had come to hear the truth of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and receive a free meal after the service. We’ve served meals after each service for more than forty-two years.

In the Saugus/Canyon Country area, which is a mountainous area of Los Angeles, the night air was wonderful and calm. I was enjoying the smell of the night blooming jasmine. I always enjoyed looking at the mountains and other scenery, as well as a huge oak tree near our church, which we used on the cover of one of the church’s first musical recordings. In the photograph, many of the young people of the church sat on the tree’s limbs. It was a huge oak tree, so powerful-looking that it looked like a cartoon, unreal. I thought it was the strongest-looking tree I had ever seen in my life.

While I was admiring its huge size, obvious strength, and age, I was praying to God, saying, “Lord, make me as strong as that tree.” The Lord audibly spoke to me saying, “You will have to be hundreds of millions of times stronger than that tree.” I said, “What?” He repeated, “You will have to be hundreds of millions of times stronger than that tree.” Those words from the Lord amazed me because I felt that if I were as strong as the tree, that would be sufficient. I felt that if I was that strong, I would be stronger than Samson in the book of Judges. It seemed utterly impossible to be hundreds of millions of times stronger than the tree, even though I knew that God is always right.

I looked at my watch and knew that it was time for me to get into the church and open the service. As I went into the church, I was astonished, and I asked, “Lord, how could anyone be stronger than that tree, let alone millions of times stronger than that tree?”

After I stood behind the pulpit and prayed, I opened the service by telling the congregation exactly what the Lord had just told me. I wasn’t more than three or four minutes into my sermon regarding this tree and what God had told me when we all heard a tremendous crash out in the parking lot where the tree was. The crash literally shook the entire building. A lot of people ran to the window while I was saying, “Wouldn’t that be something if that was the tree?” They turned and said to me, “It is the tree! It has fallen down! It’s lying on the ground!” Everyone seemed totally shocked and full of fear. We looked out the window and saw that the dead roots were sticking up into the air. This lesson from God was exceedingly shocking to me and to everyone else who witnessed it. There was no breeze outside. The air had been very still all night. The tree was at least forty or fifty feet tall. Its branches spanned an area even larger than that, and the trunk was twenty feet or more in circumference… Mere moments after the Lord told me I had to be hundreds of millions of times stronger than that tree, He confirmed it to me and to the entire congregation by allowing it to fall down, shaking the church building and rattling the bones of everyone in the church.

So did you get the spiritual picture of “The Tree”? The huge oak tree looked to be very much alive, but yet it’s roots – the only means for it to receive life-giving nourishment – were graveyard dead. In fact for additional spiritual insight into Brother Alamo’s “dead oak tree”, let’s take a look at a similar incident from the Word of God:

“And on the morrow, when they were come from Bethany, he was hungry: And seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves, he came, if haply he might find any thing thereon: and when he came to it, he found nothing but leaves; for the time of figs was not yet. And Jesus answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit of thee hereafter for ever. And his disciples heard it… And in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots.” (Mark 11:12-14, 20 KJV)

The fig tree is an unusual fruit bearing plant in that it’s fruit – the figs – appear on the tree before the leaves. Whenever a fig tree has leaves, there should also be figs… that is unless someone (or something) has already picked them. “For the time of figs was not yet” meant that it was not yet time to harvest the figs, so the figs should have been on the tree!

Jesus cursed the fig tree because it presented itself to be something that it wasn’t – a fig producing tree. It had leaves, which meant it was getting proper nourishment from it’s root system, but yet it did not produce any fruit.

So in order to make a shockingly vivid illustration for his disciples, Jesus cursed the fig tree, just as He did Brother Alamo’s live “oak tree”, and immediately the roots dried up.

And with that in mind, let’s continue on with the oak tree Jesus “dried up from the roots” with the following excerpt from Brother Alamo’s February 2009 tract “Spirit Or Water”:

All of a sudden, we felt what seemed like an earthquake. I said, “Wouldn’t that be something if that was the tree?” They looked out the windows, then looked at me in great amazement and said, “It is the tree, sir.” This was frightening to everybody, and then it actually made my entire spirit, my soul, and my body quake. I was warned by the Lord that I wasn’t drinking His Spiritual waters enough. At that time I had so many distractions. Now I must drink the Spiritual water both day and night. We are at the time of Jacob’s trouble, the great tribulation. God’s people perish if they don’t understand that wading in the Spiritual waters above the firmament is not enough. Wading only up to the ankles is not enough, to the knees is not enough, or even wading up to the loins is not enough. We (everybody) must swim in the Spiritual waters above the firmament, since these Spiritual waters (the Word of God) are Spirit and life for us (Ezekiel chapter 47).

Getting the attention of an “egotistical genius” like Brother Alamo can be a real challenge at times. However, the Lord God Almighty succeeded with the help of the huge old “oak tree” that He miraculously dried up at the roots and plucked up out of the ground. God got his attention! But did Brother Alamo really understand what the Father was trying to show him? I mean, after all, this is what he had to say:

I was praying to God, saying, “Lord, make me as strong as that tree.” The Lord audibly spoke to me saying, “ You will have to be hundreds of millions of times stronger than that tree”… Those words from the Lord amazed me because I felt that if I were as strong as the tree, that would be sufficient. I felt that if I was that strong, I would be stronger than Samson in the book of Judges.

You see when it comes down to this thing about being “stronger” than Samson; Brother Alamo had his focus on the wrong thing. I mean, after all, it was Samson’s “strength” that got him in so much trouble with his flesh… that is until the day he lost his “strength” because of a female hussy named Delilah:

“And it came to pass, when she [Delilah] pressed him daily with her words, and urged him, so that his soul was vexed unto death; That he told her all his heart, and said unto her, There hath not come a razor upon mine head; for I have been a Nazarite unto God from my mother's womb: if I be shaven, then my strength will go from me, and I shall become weak, and be like any other man… And she made him sleep upon her knees; and she called for a man, and she caused him to shave off the seven locks of his head; and she began to afflict him, and his strength went from him. And she said, The Philistines be upon thee, Samson. And he awoke out of his sleep, and said, I will go out as at other times before, and shake myself. And he wist not that the LORD was departed from him. But the Philistines took him, and put out his eyes, and brought him down to Gaza, and bound him with fetters of brass; and he did grind in the prison house.” (Judges 16:16-22 KJV)

Brother Samson and Brother Alamo both ended up in the jailhouse because of their “strength”. And of course it was only because of the fact that Samson finally lost his “strength” that he truly became “strong” in the Lord:

“And what shall I more say? for the time would fail me to tell of Gedeon, and of Barak, and of Samson, and of Jephthae; of David also, and Samuel, and of the prophets: Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions, Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong (G1743), waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens.” (Hebrews 11:32-34 KJV)

Strong/Strengthen/Enpower (G1743) [en-doo-nam-o'-o] - From G1722 and G1412; to empower: - enable, (increase in) strength (-en), be (make) strong. (Strong’s Hebrew And Greek Dictionary)

“I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth (G1743) me.” (Philippians 4:13 KJV)

Out of his weakness (blinded and bound with fetters of brass), Samson called on the name of the Lord and was made strong through Christ that strengthened him:

“And Samson called unto the LORD, and said, O Lord GOD, remember me, I pray thee, and strengthen me, I pray thee, only this once, O God, that I may be at once avenged of the Philistines for my two eyes. And Samson took hold of the two middle pillars upon which the house stood, and on which it was borne up, of the one with his right hand, and of the other with his left. And Samson said, Let me die with the Philistines. And he bowed himself with all his might; and the house fell upon the lords, and upon all the people that were therein. So the dead which he slew at his death were more than they which he slew in his life.” (Judges 16:28-30 KJV)

You see Samson’s problem was that he started using his God-given “strength” to do some things that God had not directed him to do… like messing around with some Philistine whores. In other words, Samson started using his “strength” to glorify his flesh instead of glorifying God… and that’s right about the time the Almighty pulled the plug and brought him down to his knees:

“For whosoever exalteth himself shall be abased (G5013); and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.” (Luke 14:11 KJV)

Abased (G5013) [tap-i-no'-o] - From G5011; to depress; figuratively to humiliate (in condition or heart): - abase, bring low, humble (self). (Strong’s Hebrew And Greek Dictionary)

And with the story of Samson in mind, let’s pick it back up with Brother Alamo through the following excerpt from his October 1999 tract “Steamed Abominations”:

It was hard for me to realize that I was doing anything wrong. I thought I was God’s fair-haired boy because He had shown me so many visions, wonders, and signs. He knew my heart, and because I was the overseer of His church that was winning many souls to the Lord I thought He would understand that I didn’t have time to read and pray as I should because I was buying and building facilities for them to live in and earning money to pay for their food, clothing, and medical needs. I had always been the bread winner in my family since before I became a teenager, and I always had total confidence in my ability to make money. Because of this, I worked instead of praying to the Lord for the finances we needed and seeking His face for direction. I should have been reading His Word to learn more about what He likes and doesn’t like, and learning the examples of Christ and the Apostles after they received His life with the Father by the Spirit in them. I began thinking that God would speak to me by way of visions and signs if I were doing something wrong.

The power of God is stored in His Word. If we don’t read it constantly on a daily basis, we have no renewal of God’s Spirit daily. And though we know the Word of God, "reproofs of instruction are the way of life" (Prov. 6:23). Without prayer there is no communion with God. God was furiously warning me to contact Him. He let me know that I was placed in charge of His biggest work on earth. However, "God is no respecter of persons" (Acts 10:34). If we forsake Him, that is, forsake reading His Word and stop praying, He will cast us off forever…

This warning from God makes it obvious to me that many people are doing abominable things because they feel these things are of the Lord. These things include tithing to the wrong church, and being more concerned with building, housing, stocking farms, and a variety of other business than with reading God’s Word and communing with Him in prayer.

Now there is no doubting the fact that we are living in the last of the “last days”. The reign of Antichrist approaches at break-neck speed. God has been preparing Brother Alamo – from the time of his “early beginnings” until now – to speak His uncompromising truth in a last-ditch attempt to save a lost and dying world… which even includes the apostate church that so adamantly claims the Name of Jesus while yet worshipping the Beast of Revelation (the Roman Catholic Religious System).

For such a time as this, Brother Alamo has been placed in charge of “God’s biggest work on earth”. However, because of his great “strength” in financial matters, and his dependency on it, God has used his enemies to make him “weak” so that he might once again become “strong” in the Lord. In fact the following is the most recent update from the Tony Alamo Ministry Web site on his present-day captivity:

Pastor Alamo is a political prisoner. The charges of taking girls over state lines for illicit purposes are false. Three of the five hostile government witnesses were flown to a “retreat” for deprogramming for two weeks before testifying. The two weeks of brainwashing cost $5,000.00 for each woman. This was paid for by the government. The five government witnesses were bribed by the government with many benefits, such as jobs, phones, gifts, and money. The government threatened them with imprisonment of their parents if they didn’t testify against Pastor Alamo.

The true reason for Pastor Alamo’s imprisonment is exposing the One World Government Cult. Pastor Alamo is being held in the “hole” for no reason. He cannot make phone calls. His incoming and outgoing mail is rarely received in a reasonable amount of time. The one world government, cult, and media will use all means to silence the truth and deceive the whole world (Revelation 12:9).

Tony Alamo was taken into custody on the 25th of September 2008. On the 13th of November 2009 he was sentenced to 175 years in prison. It is now impossible for him to run his business adventures on a daily basis… but of course that’s exactly what the Lord has allowed in order to bring him back on the straight and narrow pathway to Heaven. I mean, after all, it was only after Samson lost his “strength” that he once again became “strong” in the Lord.

And with all that in mind, let’s revisit Brother Alamo’s initial “salvation promise” that he made to the Lord back in 1964:

“Dear God,” I said, “now that I know You are there, just tell me what You want me to do. I will do anything You say.”

Forty-six (46) years ago Brother Alamo gave God Almighty a “blank check” concerning his life. However, it was only through the “weakness” of his most recent captivity that he gained the “strength” to pay up on what God has demanded of him. In fact the following excerpt from his April 2010 tract “The Many Wives Of The Holy Men Of God (The Polygamists) ” will help us understand the enormous price that God has required him to pay:

To get to Heaven, we must be free from doubt and we must be filled with faith, assurance, confidence, and certainty. All faith can be attained by studying the holy, original writings of the Bible, which are the same as in the original King James Version.

Thus, by accumulating enough of the right and unabridged truth of the Bible texts, by relating them to each other, and by receiving them just as they are into the heart, unemotionally, one way or the other, by receiving this raw truth of the Word of God, we can plainly see that there’s no deviation in the New Testament from the Old regarding multiple wives as being acceptable and honorable for those holy men called of God to this office. It is the holy estate of matrimony, and the marriage bed is free from adultery. “Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge” (Hebrews 13:4). God is unhappy with those who find His law repugnant, evil, those who make that which is good evil, like the special and selective, ordained, holy marriage of multiple wives (Isaiah 5:20). In today’s sinful society, “living together until we find out whether we be sexually compatible one with the other” type of sinful relationships are unscriptural, unholy, and are forbidden and condemned by God.

It is of the most disgusting profanity and shame for a saint to allow himself in the sight of God, the holy angels, and this sinful world, to be cowardly in his duty to preach the fullness of the Word of God without shame, thus allowing himself to be run out of the war zone, off the field, where the conflict with the enemy is. Because of the persecutions, the flack, the front-line heat of the battle assails with its mockings, jeers, and barks of those who oppose the truth, those whom God himself calls “the dogs,” those devilish, caviling, rabble of the earth (Matthew 7:6). If the saint would preach all the Words of Life boldly without reservation, which includes God’s sanction of holy matrimony and some who receive multiple wives, as King David and other blessed saints of God, then would the devil and his entire army of imps be run off the field once and for all. “Resist the devil and he will flee from you” (James 4:7), “Preach the word” (II Timothy 4:2)...

Persecution comes when people preach and keep the Word of God (II Timothy 3:12). I’m quite sure that more persecution will come my way because of my opening these Scriptures regarding THE POLYGAMISTS.

Satan’s doctrine, the doctrine of Caesar and the beast’s one world government and church, wants everyone to disbelieve God’s Word. God’s Word says, “Be fruitful and multiply” (Genesis 1:28). Satan’s doctrine is abortion, birth control, killing, pulling the plug, homosexuality, lesbianism, masturbation, oral and anal sex, which is considered sodomy. All of these can never bear children, and cannot keep the command of God to “be fruitful and multiply.”

So, the question remains; how many years have gone by since the Lord instructed Brother Alamo to “be fruitful and multiply” by taking multiple wives and producing godly children at His directive?

“Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward. As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth. Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate.” (Psalms 127:3-5 KJV)

Did Brother Alamo marry all those who God had called him to husband?

Any disobedience in this matter is a serious one in the eyes of God. Men have been struck dead for refusing to produce the godly children that the Almighty desires from them:

“And Judah said unto Onan, Go in unto thy brother's wife, and marry her, and raise up seed to thy brother. And Onan knew that the seed should not be his; and it came to pass, when he went in unto his brother's wife, that he spilled it on the ground, lest that he should give seed to his brother. And the thing which he did displeased the LORD: wherefore he slew him also.” (Genesis 38:8-10 KJV)

However, Brother Alamo’s disobedience goes much deeper than that! Because, once again, this is what he said in his February 2009 “Spirit Or Water” tract:

Jesus was letting me know that I wasn’t studying His Word enough... He looked really concerned about me… it was of the utmost importance that I really study His Word continuously so I could know what He was saying for my benefit and the benefit of the people of the world.

You see the Tony Alamo Ministry newsletter is distributed around the world in English and thirty-two (32) other languages. What Brother Alamo teaches/preaches in his publications influences an enormous number of people. So how many other men, who God has called to take multiple wives and produce godly children, did not do so because Brother Alamo did not properly teach it until his April 2010 tract “The Many Wives Of The Holy Men Of God (The Polygamists) ”? It took a “175 year prison term” to finally get him to obey God!

“Thou therefore gird up thy loins, and arise, and speak unto them all that I command thee: be not dismayed at their faces, lest I confound (H2865) thee before them. For, behold, I have made thee this day a defenced city, and an iron pillar, and brasen walls against the whole land, against the kings of Judah, against the princes thereof, against the priests thereof, and against the people of the land. And they shall fight against thee; but they shall not prevail against thee; for I am with thee, saith the LORD, to deliver thee.” (Jeremiah 1:17-19 KJV)

Confound (H2865) [khaw-thath'] - A primitive root; properly to prostrate; hence to break down, either (literally) by violence, or (figuratively) by confusion and fear: - abolish, affright, be (make) afraid, amaze, beat down, discourage, (cause to) dismay, go down, scare, terrify. (Strong’s Hebrew And Greek Dictionary)

Brother Alamo did not do as he had promised God – “I will do anything You say” – and God “confounded” him with a “175 year prison term”. In his “strength” Brother Alamo refused to keep the “Word of God’s patience”, however in his “weakness” he chose to suffer the persecution by speaking God’s Truth. In fact this is how he said it in his April 2010 tract “The Many Wives Of The Holy Men Of God (The Polygamists) ”:

Persecution comes when people preach and keep the Word of God (II Timothy 3:12). I’m quite sure that more persecution will come my way because of my opening these Scriptures regarding THE POLYGAMISTS.

So with all that in mind, it should help us to understand the reason Brother Alamo has teaching/preaching “No Rapture” for the Believer… because it definitely applied to him:

“For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise. For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry. Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.” (Hebrews 10:36-39 KJV)

Until the time came that Brother Alamo became willing to speak God’s Truth about polygamy, and “suffer the persecution” (patience) that goes along with it, God’s wrath awaited him in the up-coming seven (7) year tribulation period. In other words, Brother Alamo was destined to miss the Pre-Tribulation Rapture because he continued to “draw back” from the very unpleasant task of teaching/preaching “polygamy”. He rejected God’s “promise” by refusing to keep the “Word of God’s patience” for his life, and God “drew back” from him allowing his enemies to “confound” him.

Thank God for His discipline! In fact here’s a portion of what Brother Alamo had to say about it in his July 2001 tract “Accepting The Discipline Of The Holy Spirit”:

If we want God's eternal life, we must discontinue our old self-life. Disciplining ourselves to be disciplined by the Holy Spirit mortifies or deadens our old self-life. This makes it possible for us to continue minute by minute, hour by hour, day by day with God's eternal life living and working in us. We need to realize that all the people, all the places, all the obstacles, and all the situations that the Holy Spirit has arranged for our environment are for our good. We need to thank God for the overcoming, spiritual strength we receive from the discipline He arranges for us to receive. No matter what is happening to us, we need to know that it is the Lord. We need to just kick back and trust it is the Lord, knowing that when God does something, it is good for us. It is exactly what we need. "All things work together for good to them that love God" (Rom. 8:28).

So, now that Brother Alamo has realized his “weak” condition by teaching/preaching “polygamy”, will God Almighty bust him out of prison in renewed “strength” to fight the enemy… or are there more corrections that need to be made in order for him to look forward to the “Pre-Tribulation Rapture”?

“And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth; I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name. Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee. Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.” (Revelation 3:7-11 KJV)

The time is short, the Rapture is near, and you really don’t want to get “left behind”! Give it all up for Jesus now! Don’t wait! “Keep On Keeping The Faith In Jesus!” and escape the tribulation “Hell on earth” that’s soon to come.

P.S. - On the 23rd of September 2008 – three days after the raid on the Tony Alamo Ministry, and two days before his arrest – Greg Szymanski interviewed Tony Alamo on his radio show. Details were given of the 100+ federal and local police (some with black ski mask and machine guns) taking siege of the Tony Alamo Ministry headquarters. And, of course, the news coverage was convincingly in favor of the Vatican’s raid. Then at approximately 47 minutes into the interview Brother Alamo brings up the facts that both “polygamy” and “child marriages” are Biblical practices.

“ALL FOR THE LOVE OF JESUS”
