Jose Aguilera: The Non-Prophet Prophet
The following "sermonet" is part of a "3-fold-cord" of messages that have been posted on this website by Prophet Bruce Hallman of El Paso, Texas, Prophet William Cook of Cape Town, South Africa, and myself (El Paso, Texas).
The "janitor and president" and founder of FMH Children’s' Club International, Bruce Hallman, was sent by God to work with Brother Jose' Aguilera for approximately 4 months prior to the LORD relieving Bruce of the calling to counsel Jose' by the Spirit of God. The LORD began speaking to Bruce about writing a sermonet with Brother Jose' and his carnal Christianity a short time later. Bruce would begin to write it as the LORD gave him the message - beginning on it more that once - but it was delayed each time he began to write it. It was not until approximately 18 months after that time that Bruce was instructed to begin again, and the sermonet entitled The Shepherd Who Scattered The Flock! was posted on this website on 7/24/05. Bruce was also instructed to deliver a copy of the completed sermonet to a dear Brother of ours, who accepted the Godly task to become His messenger, and deliver the sermonet to Brother Jose'. And he accomplished that task, to the glory of God.
During the week that Brother Bruce was in Baton Rouge on a mission to deliver a sermonet to Jerry Lee Lewis (Is Jimmy Swaggart's Wife Frances Really Uncovered?), Brother Jose' showed up at my doorstep, with his wife, Delores. The Saturday that Bruce arrived back at our ministry base in El Paso, began the first of 7 meetings over the course of several days, with Jose' and Delores.
During meeting number 5, Bruce delivered the message to Jose' and his wife that was given by the LORD to Brother William Cook that a portion of is found in Acts chapter 5 (the demise of Ananias and Sapphira). I was disturbed by the reaction - or lack of one - to this staggering word through Brother William Cook. That set up meeting number 6 (of 7) took place the following morning, and was the most intense of the series. And the following account relates the proceedings of our discussion with Jose':
"The situation is desperate", I wrote at the top of the notes that I took when I arose from my sleep, early, Friday morning (8/19/05). The previous evening Prophet Bruce Hallman and I met with Jose' Aguilera and his wife to discuss their walk, their calling as prophet and prophetess (their place in the kingdom of God), and the sermonet the Bruce was instructed to finally write, and post on our internet website.
We had met with Jose' and his wife the previous night, but the following night (Wednesday, August 17) the LORD allowed Bruce to read the message that our Brother William in South Africa had sent us, concerning Brother Jose' and the sermonet entitled, The Shepherd Who Scattered The Flock! Bruce inquired of 6 other prophets whether what was contained in the sermonet was the truth - or not.
It was Brother William in South Africa that was given Acts chapter 5, where the Church in Jerusalem had begun pooling its resources following the great outpouring of the Holy Ghost on Day Of Pentecost, with its members selling personal possessions and contributing to the needs of the Body (loving their neighbors - GAL 5:14). Church members Ananias and Sapphira participated and contributed to the needs of the Church in the same manner, but Ananias and Sapphira had conspired to lie against the truth ("the Spirit of Truth"), by holding back part of the proceeds from the sale and laying a certian part of the currency at the apostles' feet. But the Apostle Peter confronted Ananias about the matter, saying, "Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land? Whiles it remained, was it not thine own: and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power: why hast thou conceived this [evil] thing in thine heart? thou hast no lied unto men, but unto God" (ACT 5:3-4, KJV). Ananias heard these words and dropped down dead. His body was carried out, and buried. About 3 hours later, the Bible declares, his wife, Sapphira - not knowing what had happened to her husband - was confronted by Peter about whether she had "sold the land for so much". And she said, "Yea, for so much". Peter's reply was, "How is it that ye have agreed together to tempt the Spirit of the Lord? behold, the feet of them which have buried thy husband are at the door, and shall carry thee out. Then she fell down straightway at this feet, and yielded up the ghost: and the young men came in, and found her dead, and carrying her forth, buried her by her husband" (ACT 5:9-10, KJV). When I did not see the fear of the LORD result in the words and expressions of Brother Jose' and his wife, I began to believe that this is a desperate situation and task, at our hands. The words that the prophets had been given and spoken seemed to have little effect on our Brother and Sister.
Having seen what I perceived as being this desperate situation with Brother Jose' and his wife, I began to write what was on my heart, after rising the following morning (August 19). Brother Jose' arrived at our doorstep about 10 a.m., and after Bruce and I and he greeted each other, he (Brother Jose') asked me what the LORD had me for him, that day. I had written 3 short paragraphs on the experience from the night, previous. I read them to Brother Bruce shortly before Jose' arrived, so Bruce requested that I read to Jose' what I had read to him (as the LORD was working in this way). And this is what I was given to write, and shared with Brother Jose':
"Jose' is only concerned with holding on to the things (possessions) that he has (his comfortable lifestyle ministry and reputation). The strongest evidence that I have seen of this is in his constant insistence that the sermonet that his ministry exploits are the subject of, be removed from the internet website. And to continue in the lust of the (his) flesh - which is not freedom as he is thinking it is - but bondage. Jesus said, "He that commits sin is a servant of sin." Brother (I perceive that) Jose' is feigning repentance and Godly sorrow in order to return to the 'status quo' (of the fleshly and destructive habits that have been formed in his life)." The Bible declares, "From whence cometh wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in you members? Ye lust, and ye have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not. Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon you lusts..." - JAS 4:1-3 (KJV).
Included in the notes that I took that day, there was a third and final paragraph - which I did not read to our Brother, Jose'. This is what I wrote:
"Jose' lied to God (The Holy Spirit) when he gave his answer to the question, "Is there any truth to what I (Brother Bruce) have written?" Jose's answer was "No" [I reminded Brother Jose' of this fact the following morning and when he shrugged it off as a "language problem", and had Bruce to verify the answer that Jose' had given to him the night before, when Jose's wife was also meeting with us]. Those in the presence of Ananias and Sapphira and Pter were witnesses to what can happen when one lies to the Holy Spirit: Instant judgment and damnation with no opportunity for repentance. Ananias and Sapphira had conspired, lied, and arrived at the point of no return. Their sentence was to continue to die - being separated from God - for all of eternity...
Brother Jose' offered accusations, threats, and "evil" speaking. He told me that I was in the midst of evil, but God's protection was upon me - Brother Bruce addressed this as witchcraft. Jose' says the LORD is having him to visit us 10 times - as the Prophet Moses visited Pharoah prior to the Great Exodus of the children of Israel - to see the release of the Hebrew people, in order to complete the process - as he came to see it - of having the sermonet that Bruce was commanded to write off the internet. This shall bring shame Brother Jose'. It is not meant to destroy his potential in God, but only his present ministry - that he may receive and walk in the calling and ministry that God has ordained for him.
Jose' said, "No" when the LORD had Brother Bruce ask him if anything he had written in the sermonet The Shepherd Who Scattered The Flock! was true. Brother Jose' had to quench the Holy Spirit to do so, for it looked as if he was choking on his heart that had entered his throat as he was struggling to utter the false testimony. He did not lie to man. He lied to God. He lied to the Holy Spirit. Notice that if God chose to administer the same judgment through the Apostle Peter that He did to Ananias and Sapphira, Brother Jose' and his wife would already be dead and be sentenced to eternal separation from God (the "second death"), like all who die without repentance before God.
The night previous to the reading of Acts 5 (Ananias and Sapphira), I spoke to Brother Jose's wife, after we had a discussion and prayed as a group. I sensed an urgency to share something with her that the LORD had spoken to me one afternoon. This was the word that I spoke at the close of the discussion that evening: On a certain afternoon in the Summer of 2003, I was prepared to send a birthday card with a short letter of greeting to a beautiful Sister in the LORD of mine, who is of Spanish decent, who attends a large Pentecostal church that at that time was located in Northeast Houston. The LORD spoke a word to my heart after I the card and letter were picked up by the postman. And then He spoke the same word to me through my pastor - one year later, on the same day of the year - which was on 6/27, 2004, during the regularly scheduled Sunday morning church service.
The first of the two times the LORD spoke to me was after I had sealed the birthday card and the letter into its envelope, at which time I began to feel uncomfortable with the letter that I had added, because I was felt that I was being convicted that I had shared too much information with my Sister - saying that she would be "a teacher of young prophets" (the LORD had only spoken to me that she would "teach kids"). But I added an interpretation of that word that the LORD gave me, concerning the kids. What the LORD shared with me that afternoon - through the sending of the card and letter to my Sister - was that whatever happens even as a result of saying too much before it was time to speak, was that doing His will and following His plan for my life is the most important thing for me to be conscious and aware of. Circumstances and outcomes may be favorable or unfavorable according to our own carnal expectations - but "...The word of the LORD endureth forever" - 1 PE 1:24-25 (KJV)
This message was repeated when the man that was my pastor at the time spoke during the regular Sunday morning church service and became "transparent" with the congregation when he offered his confession that he had to make a decision concerning his disappointment in the lack of growth in our church, that had been prophesied about from years past. The decision that he was face with - he said - was that he must choose between staying the course and following the Master and His will for his life and the church he was called to pastor, or to deviate from the path of God, and do things in a manner that he could see results that were favorable to his desires. This brings to mind the truth that was written in the Book Of Romans, "To be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace..." - ROM 8:6 (KJV)
