To the Church in the United States of America write:
Beloved Saints, I give praise and honor to our Lord Jesus Christ.
The Lord spoke to me on September 14, 1993 to write for a record the things He has shown to me, which will shortly come to pass. This started with the Vision, which follows in this letter on November 4, 1992. It also goes back to the mid 1980’s, when Jesus began to Judge His House, that is His body, the church.

I Peter 4:17-18
"For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?"

First of all we are very aware of the judgment of GOD which started in His house, the Church, some seven to eight years ago (the middle 1980’s). We heard along with the world, how certain men of GOD were exposed to be in sin. Many men of GOD have fallen during these years, but GOD is not through with us yet. We are going through the purifying fire now according to Malachi.

Malachi 3:1-7 says:
"Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the Lord, whom you seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith the Lord of hosts. But who may abide the day of his coming? and who shall stand when he appeareth? For he is like a refiner's fire, and like a fuller's soap: And he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and he shall purify the sons of Levi and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto the Lord an offering in righteousness. Then shall the offering of Judah and Jerusalem be pleasant unto the LORD, as in the days of old, and as in former years. And I will come near to you to judgment; and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers, and against the adulterers, and against false swearers, and against those that oppress the hireling in his wages, the widow, and, the fatherless, and that turn aside the stranger from his right, and fear not me, saith the LORD of hosts. For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed. Even from the days of your fathers ye are gone away from mine ordinances, and have not kept them. Return unto me, and I will return unto you, saith the LORD of hosts. But ye said, Wherein shall we return?"

I speak of judgment and many say that I'm just judgmental, but

Psalm 37:30 says:
"The mouth of the righteous speaketh wisdom, and his tongue talketh of judgment."

Proverbs 28:5 says:
"Evil men understand not judgment: but they that seek the Lord understand all things."

On November 4, 1992, the day after the presidential election, (George Bush Sr. Verses Bill Clinton) Our Lord Jesus visited me in a vision.

2 Kings 8:11 says:
And he settled his countenance stedfastly, until he was ashamed: and the man of God wept. And Hazael (Clinton) said, Why weepeth my lord? And he answered, Because I know the evil that thou wilt do unto the children of Israel (America): their strong holds wilt thou set on fire, and their young men wilt thou slay with the sword, and wilt dash their children, and rip up their women with child.

I was steadfastly fixed on the newspaper and it happened to me when I saw the headline of the Miami Herald, which read,
"It's Clinton".

About a week before the election a young prophet (Andrew Gallagher) came to me, pointed his finger at me and said: "It's Clinton" referring to the coming election. When I saw the headline I saw the evil that this administration would do to America.

I have nothing personal against President Clinton, but I believe that his administration's policies are a direct seal for the judgment that has begun on this nation.

I believe that God's judgment has already begun on America, and that Hurricane Andrew was the beginning of sorrows, and that the floods in the heartland this year are just the beginning of famine here in the good old USA, that is the Godless old USA.
In the coming years I believe that the USA will be humbled by the judgment of God for her sin!

Abortion is nothing less than murder and this nation's policies on homosexuality are an abomination to the Lord Jesus Christ.

Genesis 18:20-21 says:
"And the Lord said, because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grievous;
I will go down now, and see whether they have done altogether according to the cry of it, which is come up to me; and if not I will know.

I speak of judgment and the church does not want to hear it, but those of us who are watching and waiting earnestly for the Lord's return are being judged now for our own good, so that we will be purified before the final judgment.

America has been blessed because of the gospel, which has gone forth from her, but for the same reason we will receive a stricter judgment.

Matthew 11:20-24 says:
Then began he (Jesus) to upbraid the cities wherein most of his mighty works were done, because they repented not: Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works, which were done in you, had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes. But I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the Day of Judgment, than for you. And thou, Capernaum, which art exalted unto heaven, shalt be brought down to hell: for if the mighty works, which have been done in thee, had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until this day. But I say unto you, that it shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom in the Day of Judgment, than for thee. (America)

This judgment for those who are sincerely seeking the Lord is for our own good.

Hebrews 12:5-11 says:
"And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children. My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him: For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.' If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not? But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons. Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live? For they verily for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure, but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness. Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised (receive it) thereby."

I Corinthians 11:32 says:
"But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world. "

Prophetic Song

The wind is blowing through, through the threshing floor

After hearing this prophetic song my spirit was ignited. Then on August 8, 1990, two years before the storm, the Lord Jesus visited me with this prophecy:

I HEAR A TURBULENT WIND BLOWING

"The spirit of the Lord is breathing into the dry bones once again. He that hath an ear let him hear what the wind is saying. Get out of the world, separate yourself, be holy, be chaste, and be ready, For I am calling to my chosen to keep a watch, be ready, be willing to follow my every word without doubting. Be ready to move at a moment's notice. Be ever so sensitive to my voice."

"LISTEN! LISTEN! LISTEN!"
"For only your spirit .can hear what I am saying.
Your soul must be in subjection to your spirit or
You will miss my call and you will not want
to miss my call", says the Lord of Hosts, "for there
will come tribulation which the world has never seen."

"LISTEN! LISTEN! LISTEN!"
"You don't have to be subject to the coming woes,
if you will hear my instruction. You must not be
Complacent, you must pay the price to
lose your life / soul (psuche)
So that your spirit can hear and follow my voice."

"LISTEN! LISTEN! LISTEN!"
"Do your hear me?
I am speaking now! My prophets have said they
Haven’t heard me of late and rightly so for even my
prophets have to learn this new code of mine. I will not
speak as I have before in an open vision for all to interpret
outwardly, but I'll speak to this 'one new man', which is my
chosen ones. Yes, those who now in this time make the choice
to hear me. When you have learned the code (see II Peter 1:12,
present truth) you'll be instructed in the way I want you to walk,
then you’ll walk above the natural realm.

THE DECREE

"This matter is by the decree of the watchers, and the demand by the word of the holy ones: to the intent that the living may know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will, and setteth up over it the basest (humble) of men." Daniel 4:17
(If you have built your house on the rock, which is Jesus Christ:)

Matthew 7:23-25 says:
"Therefore whosoever heareth, these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock."

Revelation 12:11 says:
"And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives (psuche) unto the death."

The remnant will be blessed. In the midst of famine you'll have plenty. In the midst of darkness you'll have light. When everybody and everything is going down those who have made a choice to lose their self-life for Jesus and the gospel's sake, and you have invested your life into the Kingdom of GOD, you will have the wealth of the wicked put into their trust through the next several years.

"A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children's children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just." Proverbs 13:22

The transfer of wealth will come in these years before the coming of the Lord, because we need it to establish His Covenant in the end time Harvest! We will not need money when we see Jesus because we will be changed into spiritual beings, just like our Lord!
As long as you keep your heart with all diligence and you are a good steward of what GOD gives you according to Deuteronomy 8:18, you'll be blessed.

Today the church is being shaken at the foundation! I’m sorry to say that a lot of its doctrines are doctrines of men, doctrines of devils, and traditions of men, which make the word of GOD of no effect.
Now is the time for the Most High to rule in the kingdom of men. The Lord Jesus as the prophet is going to shake the foundations of men, according to Jeremiah 1:10, to root out, pull down, destroy and throw down every wrong foundation (doctrine, tradition, or otherwise) so that He can build His church on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief cornerstone.

Ephesians 2:20 says:
"And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief cornerstone;"
Every man Godly or ungodly is under judgment. What is your foundation? If you are a Christian, you'd better say the word of GOD!
Yet the doctrines of men, doctrines of devils, and the traditions of men (which make the word of GOD of no effect) are what most ministries of today are founded on.


#1. Autocracy, absolute power / dictatorship / pastor rule / senior pastor, is a doctrine of men, at the very least. The word never says ordain a pastor, that is one man with supreme authority over the other elders, or as it is, associate or lesser pastors. The word says in Titus 1:5
"For this cause left I thee in Crete, that thou shouldest set in order the things that are wanting, and ordain elders in every city, as I had appointed thee:" Acts 14:23 says:

Paul exhorted Titus to set in order the things that are wanting and ordain elders in every city, as he had appointed him. They ordained them elders. Ordain elders (plural). The chief shepherd is not the senior pastor, He is Jesus our Lord and he is the head of the church.
GOD'S government is theocracy, spiritual authority through the elders of every local church as they re-present Jesus the Head of the body.

The Lord always uses a man and gives him a vision, which has to line up with the word of GOD, the Holy Spirit being the first confirming voice. But he also sets Men / Elders, five fold men of God who are equal in authority yet diverse in gifts and calling, in the local house who are joints and marrow joined to that man in the body who bring doctrine, reproof, correction, and instruction in righteousness, that is checks and balances to each other through the Word of God which is final authority in the earth today.

The church is not an organization, we are an organism, and it is not a corporation and should not be run like a business, after the manner of the world. As men of GOD we have no right to hire or fire any minister whom GOD has placed in the church.
While I’m speaking about this, we have no right to use the world's system to fill any position. GOD Himself places the members in the body as it pleases Him. We are under commandment to make disciples.

2 Timothy 2:2 says:
"And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also."

James 1:22 says:
"be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your ownselves."

I Corinthians 3:11-15 says:
"For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is. If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon he shall receive a reward. If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire."

#2. All I hear today is I will build my church! Two thousand members, Twelve thousand members, Twenty thousand members. This is all I hear today. "god told me" we're gonna have a Mega-Church! Ha!
Jesus had twelve men for three and one half years, discipled them and even one of them was a devil.
It's not your church!
Jesus never has built His church out of the multitudes, (the 5,000).

Jesus is looking for a remnant, a chaste virgin bride.
The Word of GOD says that the end time judgment will produce a great falling away first. The harvest will be taken right out of a purifying fire.

2 Thessalonians 2:3 says:
"Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there comes a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;"

Revelation 3:18 says:
"I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see."

Matthew 10:39 says:
"He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it."

Matthew 16:25 says:
"For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it."

Mark 8:35 says:
"For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel's, the same shall save it."

Luke 9:24-27 says:
"For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it.
For what is a man advantaged, if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away? For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and in his Father's, and of the holy angels."
This word for life is the word-translated soul which is your self-life.

See also Revelation 12:11;
"they loved not their own lives (self life) unto physical death of their body."

#3. Psychology, the study of the soul / mind (psuche in Greek) by the soul / mind of another person. GOD doesn't use psychology. He is a Spirit!
Job 32:1-22 is the perfect example of psychoanalysis. In verse seven, Elihu said, "I thought days should speak and a multitude of years should teach wisdom." (You see this is the wisdom of man).

I Corinthians 2:14-15says:
"But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man. "
The natural man receives not the things of the Spirit of GOD.
Job 32:8 goes on to say "But there is a spirit in man and the inspiration (or breath) of the Almighty gives them understanding."

The Holy Spirit through the word of GOD is the only hope for the problems of our soul (mind, emotion, and will).
See James 1:21, Ephesians 5:25-27, Romans 12:2 and Titus 3:5.

I Peter 1:8-12 says:
"Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls. Of which salvation the prophets have inquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that should come unto you: Searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow. Unto whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves, but unto us they did minister the things, which are now reported unto them that have preached the gospel unto you with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven; which things the angels desire to look into."

#4. Ephesians 4:11 says: "And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; "

Not many in leadership today (pastors) even acknowledges the office of apostle in the church, and the prophet is always rejected because he only has a negative message of repentance and holiness and they say, "Who does he think he is?" He is just a messenger!
Paul said apostles, and prophets! They belong in the church!
Yet all that have been acknowledged are the evangelists, pastors, and teachers. Even the ministry of the evangelist is misunderstood. The church today treats him as a traveling salesman instead of an elder in the church.

The apostle and the prophet are being restored back into the body today. They are foundational men and since it is Jesus who is restoring (building) His church, he will place them in the office of elders and bishops, along with evangelist, pastors, and teachers.

I Peter 5:1-6 says:
("The elders which are among you I exhort, who am also am elder, and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that shall be revealed: Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind; Neither as being lords over God's heritage, but being ensamples to the flock. And when the chief shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away. Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility; for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble.")

I encourage every saint who reads this letter to seek the Father about the truth of His Word. Many Christians have not understood that when the Lord uses anyone to bring His uncompromised Word, that they are just a messenger, and they think that we are judging them, but I believe that the Word of God is critical of the motives of our hearts and God only brings correction through another person when He has first tried to deal with us personally.

Hebrews 4:12c says: the Word of God is a Discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. (The word Discerner is the Greek word kritikos the English equivalent is critical), sometimes when the word is delivered to a brother or sister, they think that the messenger is being critical of them, but it is the Word that is critical of our motives.

I have many other things to write and will do so as the Lord Jesus gives me grace to do it.

All I have ever wanted to do is speak that which I have received of the Lord, that is “Ambla Thedia Soe.” which being interpreted is “Without Spot or Wrinkle.” See Ephesians 5:25-27.

I am not against men of GOD in leadership in the church today, but I am adamant against the doctrines of men, the doctrines of devils, (and the hardest golden calf to kill in the church today), “the traditions of men which make the word of GOD of no effect!” They are in the church today, but they must go!

I am under commandment in Jeremiah 1:10, to root out, pull down, destroy, and throw down every false foundation; then to build and to plant, according to the word of GOD,
